You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, current information. Mooniex reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or exhibit fraudulent behaviour.

Mooniex is an education platform for Forex traders, publishing trading signals for educational purposes, an MN Point loyalty system, and affiliate tooling for partner brokers.

All content — including signals — is informational and does not constitute investment advice. Trading decisions and their outcomes are the sole responsibility of each user.

Trading forex, gold, or any derivative product carries high risk. You may lose part or all of your invested capital. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

All content on the Platform — courses, signals, charts, logos, and software — is the intellectual property of Mooniex. Reproduction, redistribution, or modification without written permission is prohibited.

MN Point is an in-platform loyalty credit and is not directly redeemable for cash. Mooniex may adjust earn rates, redemption rules, or reclaim points earned through abuse, without prior notice.

You can request deletion of your account and personal data at support@mooniex.com. Mooniex will act within 30 business days in line with Thai PDPA.

Mooniex may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-platform notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
