Privacy Policy (PDPA)

Information you provide directly, including:

• Name, email, phone number
• Linked broker accounts (account number, broker name)
• Usage data (IP address, device, session logs)
• MN Point activity and course progress

• Deliver and maintain your member account
• Process MN Point transactions and partner commissions
• Send service emails, product updates, and verification
• Prevent fraud and secure our systems
• Analyse usage patterns to improve the product

We do not sell personal data. We share only as required to deliver the service:

• Partner brokers (for account verification and commission calc)
• Infrastructure vendors (Supabase, Vercel)
• Legal or regulatory requests

• Access a copy of your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion or restriction
• Object to processing and withdraw consent
• Lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee

We retain data while your account is active and for 2 additional years after closure for accounting and legal purposes. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

All data is encrypted in transit via TLS and stored in an encrypted database. Row Level Security (RLS) policies ensure users only see their own records.

We use cookies to maintain your login session and for analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may stop working.
